RETURN POLICY
MISPRINTED/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/ERROR :
If your package is damaged during the shipping process or if there is ever an issue with the shirt because of an error we made or bad print job please let us know within 3 days after you receive it, with a photo of the damage and we will do our best to replace it for you or issue a refund. You can email us at support[at]graphixtees.com.
WRONG SIZE ORDERED :
The only time we will not replace the shirt is if someone ordered the wrong size. There is a sizing chart provided to help you make the correct size selection for your t-shirt.
ORDER CANCELLATION :
We do accept order cancellations. You can request a cancellation within 4 hours of purchase.
If something should happen to be wrong with your item, please let us know. Our first desire is to get your purchased item right. Send us an email at support[at]graphixtees.com and we’ll see what we can work out together.Please do not leave negative feedback as we will work something out that is fair to both parties.
RETURN SHIPPING PAYMENT :
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (ie. we shipped you the wrong t-shirt or the t-shirt has a defect), we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs as long as you use a standard shipping method. If you are returning a t-shirt because you are not happy with it or want to exchange it for a different t-shirt, then you are responsible for the shipping costs. Before you ship anything back to us, please email support[at]graphixtees.com first so we can provide you with complete return instructions.
If getting your item right just isn’t possible, we’ll be happy to issue a refund in exchange for the return of the damaged item.
