Chest:
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.

Waist:
Measure around natural waist with a measuring tape.

**This sizing chart is approximate. To get the perfect size, grab your favourite t-shirt, lay it flat on table, etc. and measure it’s chest and waist just like it’s shown on our sizing chart. Be advised that your t-shirt might have shrunk from it’s original size so if you’re between two sizes we would advise going for the larger one. This way you’ll get your perfect size.
