Graphixtees super cool t-shirts have made it an Internet staple since 2016. We work so hard to crank out funny t-shirts and great gifts for our hundreds of awesome customers. All our tees are printed on super soft American Apparel t-shirts. We guarantee satisfaction on all orders.

We're based in Malaysia(the designer), and our manufacturer is based in Los Angeles, CA, USA. Our t-shirts are 100% printed and manufactured in USA.

Instead of just pushing out designs and hoping people will like them, we let our customers in on the t-shirt idea process. If you have a great idea for a t-shirt for your underwater basket weaving addiction (or pretty much anything else you love), let us know. We might just make it for you.

We print t-shirts on American Apparel t-shirts. The American Apparel t-shirt is the smoothest and softest t-shirt you'll ever wear. Made of fine jersey, it has a durable, vintage feel. These classic-cut t-shirts are known for their premium quality, as well as ability to stand up to a washing machine (will keep size and color after many washings). The t-shirts are 100% fine jersey cotton, except for the heather grey color (90% cotton, 10% polyester).

We would advise to turn your t-shirt inside out before washing, wash it at 30 degrees Celsius and hang it out to dry. This way it will shrink less. You also shouldn’t iron the design directly under any circumstances so it’s best to turn your t-shirt inside out before ironing. This way your t-shirt will have a long and happy life :).

You should check out our sizing chart first. Then grab your favourite t-shirt, lay it flat on table, etc. and measure it’s chest and waist just like it’s shown on our sizing chart. Be advised that your t-shirt might have shrunk from it’s original size so if you’re between two sizes we would advise going for the larger one. This way you’ll get your perfect size.

We print designs on t-shirts using Direct To Garment Printing Method(DTG).

Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG printing, digital garment printing and inkjet to garment printing, is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized or modified inkjet technology. The two key requirements of a DTG printer are a transport mechanism for the garment and specialty inks (inkjet textile inks) that are applied to the textile directly and are absorbed by the fibers.

We use genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste.

Each Graphixtees t-shirt is custom-made,printed and shipped from Los Angeles, CA, USA. Turnaround time is typically less than one week for t-shirts but can fluctuate during peak times(Christmas,etc).

At the moment we only accept Paypal for all USA and worldwide orders.

PayPal keeps your data as secure as possible-with automatic encryption for all of your sensitive information and email communications.

You will receive your invoice within about 1-3 business days after your payment is made. Invoice will be sent to your email address.

Here are estimated shipping time for all countries :

United States  : 3 – 8 business days from the date of shipment.
Canada  : 5 – 10 business days from the date of shipment.
Everywhere Else  : 10 – 20 business days from the date of shipment.

International shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of international orders. Such delays are not reflected in our estimated shipping times and are beyond our control. To ensure the most efficient handling of your international order, please make sure to include a local telephone number and email where you can be reached. Please check with your local customs authorities in advance to determine your country's specific import requirements.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If your package is damaged during the shipping process or if there is ever an issue with the t-shirt because of an error we made or bad print job please let us know within 3 days after you receive it, with a photo of the damage and we will do the best to replace it for you or issue a refund. If there’s any problem with your order or you’re not happy with your t-shirt just drop us an email to support[at]graphixtees.com describing your problem or just use our contact form and we’ll sort it out. All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. Sorry, we do not accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, we’ll have to refuse it and send it back. Please CONTACT US before you send back any items.

If you catch the mistake before we ship the package, send us an email and we'll do our best to get it changed for you! If you don't catch the mistake before we ship the package, there is no way for us to change it.

Please be sure your mailing address is correct and up to date! We will not absorb cost on items shipped to an old address, or arrive late because they had to be forwarded from the old or incorrect address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to wrong information from the buyer...meaning providing wrong address, etc.

The only time we will not replace the t-shirt is if someone ordered the wrong size. There is a sizing chart provided on the top of this website to help you make the correct size selection for your t-shirt.

We do accept order cancellations. You can request a cancellation within 4 hours of purchase.

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (ie. we shipped you the wrong t-shirt or the t-shirt has a defect), we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs as long as you use a standard shipping method. If you are returning a t-shirt because you are not happy with it or want to exchange it for a different t-shirt, then you are responsible for the shipping costs.
